Who are we?
The Glow Getters is an elite performance company committed to excellence in artistry, leadership, and community impact. As a distinguished extension of the Radiance mission, this company is composed of dedicated dancers who strive to grow not only in technical skill but also in character, discipline, and purpose.
Members of The Glow Getters are selected based on their strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to representing Radiance at the highest level. These dancers go beyond the studio, actively participating in community outreach initiatives, volunteer service, and special events. Through these experiences, they learn the value of giving back while using their talents to inspire and uplift others.
Auditions occur in May following our Spring showcase.
Movement Matters
This special program is only available to our Glow Getter Company. RDC partners with local elementary schools to provide a 1-hour “masterclass” led by our company director. Our company demonstrates why movement matters, how to take care of our bodies through movement, and gives students a creative outlet to learn about dance. Dancers will perform two pieces in varying styles to show movement types, and even teaches the students part of one of the dances!

Sidney Hoyt
Sidney Hoyt, a near-and-dear friend, has recently made an exciting move to Boston after building an impressive and dynamic career in the performing arts. She spent three years dancing with the world-famous Rockettes, where she honed her precision, athleticism, and stage presence as part of one of the most iconic dance companies in the country. Following that, she took her talents to the seas, performing for two years aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and gained invaluable experience as a performer.
Sidney is a proud graduate of Oklahoma City University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dance Pedagogy. Her education not only strengthened her technical foundation but also sparked a deep passion for teaching and mentorship. She truly thrives in the studio environment and finds so much joy in inspiring her students. With her professional experience, strong educational background, and genuine love for dance, Sidney brings a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and warmth to everything she does, making her an incredible teacher and role model.
