Welcome to Radiance!
At Radiance Dance Center, dance is much more than movement–it is a glowing community. Our students understand what it means to work hard, treat others with kindness and compassion, and be self-motivated. It is warmth and consideration that make a dance studio feel like home. We are guided by our mission to look after our community through encouragement of the arts and foster an inclusive environment that values every person--take up space and let your light move!
FAQ
-
We have a luxuriously large lot! Be a mindful parker and take care of the lot by grabbing any trash and reporting suspicious behavior.
-
We have a fantastic observation room that has monitors streaming the classes! This also doubles as an area for dancers to relax. We encourage parents and guardians to stay and watch class but ask that they stay in the observation room area instead of standing outside the classroom. It will prevent hallway congestion and distractions in class.
-
Radiance is a recreational dance studio dedicated to fostering a positive and empowering environment where dancers of all ages and experience levels can thrive. At its core, Radiance emphasizes building a healthy relationship not only with ourselves and those around us, but also with the art of dance itself. We believe that dance should be a source of joy, self-expression, and personal growth rather than pressure or comparison.
-
Our policies will go into more detail on the specifics for each style! Generally, hair should be pulled back, form fitting activewear, and shoes per the style are the expectation.
-
Every year, we have our annual dance recital featuring all of our dance classes! Each class will have a piece created by their teacher in their given style. Our Glow-Getter Company creates extra pieces throughout the year, which are featured at the showcase. We also have performance opportunities within the company, and the entire studio may participate in our partnership with the Beverly Holiday Parade.

Individual lessons are allowed, but each teacher will have their own specific rates. With this, there will be a studio rental fee of $10. Our rules regarding cancellations do not apply to privates and will be up to the teacher.
Meet The Owner!
My name is Anna Gutierrez and I am the owner of Radiance Dance Center!
I graduated from Oklahoma City University in 2026 with a B.S. in Dance Pedagogy and immediately began my professional journey as an Education Apprentice at Theatre Aspen. During my time there, I discovered a deep love for community-based arts education and worked closely with students of all ages. After several years of teaching and collaborating with communities in multiple cities, I received an incredible opportunity that brought me to sea!
I joined Norwegian Cruise Line as an ensemble dancer, an experience that challenged me both artistically and personally. It pushed me to grow in ways I never expected, teaching me adaptability, discipline, and an appreciation for different cultures. While this was an absolutely incredible experience, it helped me realize my true passion lies in teaching and working with children.
That realization brought me to Boston, where I became the Education Associate at the Boch Center. There, I gained valuable experience navigating arts education in a major city and learned how to diversify my teaching to understand different demographics. I worked alongside seasoned teachers who encouraged creativity, inclusivity, and growth. The Boch Center was incredibly supportive when I decided to step away and pursue my dream of opening my own studio.
I am grateful to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey, and most of all to my new students, for trusting me and believing in Radiance Dance Center.
